Refund Policy

We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, provided that the purchase was made in Pakistan.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at jewelsbyzaib@gmail.comThe article is to be sent to our location in karachi and we dispatch the new article after receiving it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Defected item can be replaced within 3 days of purchase. 
Our rider picks the article and delivers the new article to customer’s doorstep at the cost of 200/- pkr for the to and for ride.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any article purchased can be exchanged within 03 days of purchase by receipt by courier.
Articles are qualified for change if they are either damaged only. The article is to be sent to our location in karachi and we dispatch the new article after receiving it. In case of damaged goods the new article is sent free of cost and for all other reasons delivery charges 200/- apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.
These conditions apply to non-sale orders only.
